Helium Leak Detection

We’re broadening our in-house capabilities with helium leak detection! Leak testing plays an important role in most manufacturing facilities and TBI is proud to be taking it to the next level. With the addition of our Mass Spectrometer Helium Leak Detector, we can accurately detect leaks down to the 10-10 std cc/sec range. Although such stringent leak testing may not be required for every part we produce, our customers can rest assured that we have the equipment and the knowhow to meet such a rigorous demand should it be required.


CMM

TBI employs the latest in tube measurement technology! Our new tube coordinate measuring machine (CMM) allows us to accurately measure our product in order to maintain strict adherence to customer supplied drawings or samples. The CMM also increases our reverse engineering capabilities by allowing us to measure a customer supplied part and gather the information needed to accurately reproduce that part. Our ability to do this proves invaluable if the drawings for your part are no longer available or simply don’t exist (such as a prototype). It is cutting edge technology and it’s just one more reason Tube Bending Incorporated is among the best in the industry.


Relocation

Tube Bending is proud to announce its relocation into a new 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Apple Valley, CA. At nearly double the size of our previous location, our new facility provides us with the workspace required for continued growth.


AS9100 REGISTRATION

Tube Bending is certified to AS9100 Revision C! AS9100 fully incorporates the entirety of the current version of ISO 9000, while adding additional requirements relating to quality and safety. TBI has long been certified to AS9100B and our recent certification to Revision C furthers our efforts to maintain top quality products for our customers and our industry.


Induction Brazing

Always in search of greater production efficiency, TBI invests in an Induction Brazing system from our friends at RDO Induction! Induction brazing offers a rapid heating cycle in a localized area keeping the braze joint quick, clean and consistent.


New CNC

TBI welcomes yet another CNC bender to its arsenal of production equipment. With the capability to bend up to 1-1/2" tube, this machine increases our manufacturing efficiency in the most popular sizes. With the use of fast, accurate, automated equipment, TBI continues to be at the forefront of technology in the industry.

Induction Brazing

In addition to torch brazing, TBI employs a state of the art induction brazing system for those long term/large volume production
runs. Because of the rapid heating cycle associated with induction brazing, it is possible to produces a high quality, consistent braze joint in a relatively short amount of time thus saving our customers time and money!

Helium Leak Detection

Among the most stringent of leak testing methods, Helium Leak Detection can locate the tiniest void in an otherwise sealed assembly. If your product requires better than an immersion observation or dye penetration test can provide, TBI has the ability
to meet that requirement.

Tube Measurement & Reverse Engineering

Using our state of the art tube coordinate measuring equipment, TBI can accurately and consistently measure each part we produce. This enables us to reverse engineer and duplicate parts -- regardless of whether or not we have the original designs.
It also ensures that we can continually maintain the tight tolerances required by our valued clients, as well as by
